The Family Law Clerk's office is located on the 7th floor and has a staff of 12 employees.

The Family Law Clerks are responsible for all Family Law cases filed by Court Trustee, SRS, private attorney's and sometimes Pro Se. These include new divorce cases, paternity, visitation, interstate and protection from abuse and/or stalking cases. The Family Law department files approximately 8,500 cases per year.

Two of the clerks are responsible for keeping the payment center web site updated for all new and any modification to existing support orders. The rest of the clerks are responsible for handling all of the paperwork filed, issuing summons, subpoenas, setting hearings and processing all documents for scanning.

The clerks have a lot of interaction with the Judges, attorneys, Court Trustee, SRS and the public.

There are some Family Law forms available on this webpage, click here for the Forms page.
