In order for our records to be accurate and for the voucher program to identify cases that have been previously submitted for payment, it is vital that all information is added accurately into the claim submission form. We will reject cases that have inaccurate information such as, but not limited to, the wrong name, the wrong date of hearing and/or if the attorney/firm information is entered incorrectly as all of that greatly limits our ability to determine if a voucher has already been submitted and paid. We have found double payments that have been approved due to the wrong information being entered. We want to process payments quickly with limited rejections while eliminating duplicate payments.
