Counsel:
In order for our records to be accurate and for the system to identify cases that have been previously submitted for payment, it is important that all information is
added accurately into the claim submission form. We will reject cases that have inaccurate information such as, but not limited to the wrong name, the wrong date
of hearing and/or if the attorney/firm information is entered incorrectly as all of that greatly limits our ability to determine if a voucher has already been submitted and paid.
We are finding quite a few double payments that have been approved due the wrong information being entered. We want to process payments quickly with limited rejections, but we must limit duplicate payments.
